We were so very happy with Alyssa. She was our second wedding coordinator after we parted ways with the first one. What a difference! Alyssa really stepped up and helped us ensure our wedding was a beautiful experience! There was only one small miscommunication, which is pretty incredible at a wedding! We would highly recommend Alyssa for whatever your needs are. She really listens and does a wonderful job of working to make your vision come true.

Dealing with the passing of our grandson was extremely difficult and the thought of planning a Celebration of life was challenging. Allyssa handled everything so nicely. We were given many options and suggestions which were helpful. She was kind, compassionate and very understanding and did her very best to help us as much as possible. My family thanks you so much for helping us during this difficult time.

Allyssa helped us when my husband and I celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary in 2018. She was so knowledgeable and helpful at that time. when we went to her office after my husband of 53 years lost his long battle to cancer , She was there again ready to help us plan all the details of his Celebration Of Life. We’ve never heard of a Funeral Planning before but so glad we asked her to explain what services does she offer. It was really load off our minds that she was there for us from the beginning to the end of the services starting from the church to the cemetery and finally to the reception. Allyssa and her assistant Mari coordinated every thing for us. They were so detail oriented and professional. Because of them…..my family and I were able to focus on what’s going on that day. All the services went smoothly as planned.

I hadn’t heard of pre-planning, but Arrow Funeral Planning helped Dad make arrangements for his own Celebration Of Life, which ended up being a great decision. Allyssa was just delightful working with him and gave him a booklet with all the details. When the time came, I asked her to coordinate his service, and I am so glad I did. She took a lot of the pressure off of me. She went above & beyond doing a fantastic job. The service was beautiful, and she knew Dad was a veteran of WW II & Korea, so she had a lone military trumpet play TAPS from the balcony of the church, which was a very special moment.
